All I Want for Christmas Is My Best Friend's Older Brother by Rebecca Norinne, Becca Caudill, Becca Caudill
2.0
This was my first book by this author, and given that it is just over 200 pages long, I'm leaning towards rating this as i would any novella I read. I rate novellas out of a total of 3 stars, and on that scale, this falls at a 2, which is the higher end and feels right for what this story is. However, if I rate this on the usual 1-5 scale, it doesn't make my usual 3 star mark, and a 2 feels too low. So rating it as a novella it is.
This is a very cutesy and sweet low to no angst best friends Brothers romance. It gave Hallmark vibes but with a dash of spice, and i found it an easy and entertaining read. However, I wouldn't necessarily class this as a Christmas romance. It is more a romance with some Christmas in it, and there is a difference. π It was my first book by this author and the second one of this series recently released so I will give that a go at some point over the festive season too as I like to try more than one book by an author before I decide if I gel with their writing style or not. πΆπΆ
