This was so boring. It hardly had a plot until the end. It had so much potential, so that’s the most disappointing part of all. The illustrations were pretty, but even they were repetitive.
VE Schwab is such a toss up for me. I adored The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, but this one was just not it.
