The Secret Sister by Elizabeth Lowell
2.0
A ree-issue of a 1990s book Lowell published under a different name. Definitely before she had perfected her formula of romantic suspense - the characters are flat, motivations are murky. The only trademark Lowell visible here is the in-depth view of fashion and art-collecting/archeaology, which was the only thing that kept me reading.
