The Princess Diaries by Meg Cabot

Dec 26, 2015: This book always makes me feel better and never fails to calm me down when I'm feeling anxious or on edge. After my breakup, I started listening to this audiobook while I did absolutely everything. It was the only way to keep my mind off of how sad I was. It really worked. I was so into everything happening to Mia that I was able to stop obsessing over how miserable I was. These books will really never get old to me.

Nov 4, 2017: LMAO back on my bullshit listening to this for the trillionth time. It feels like a warm blanket and I don't even care that I've read it nearly every year since I was a kid. I may be more aware of how cheesy and flawed the series is as i get older but that's almost the whole reason for loving it so much. There's a nostalgic quality to it that can't be matched.
