“Just the normal haunted-house stuff: rattling chains and ominous moans. But once I stop moaning and rattling chains, I fall right to sleep.” 

This book did NOT need to be almost 400 pages long. But I have complicated feelings about it. I actually really enjoyed it. It was super twisty and kept me guessing throughout, which is always a plus in my book. And it didn't build toward the conclusion and abruptly end. Weird as it was I pretty satisfied with the ending. 

But man. Weird freaking book. Haha.
