A story following two adult siblings, who live life in hopes to please their absent mother and make their deceased father proud.

The story started off at a good pace, slowed down and picked back up. The story touches on self-image, sexuality, and family dynamics.

Olga, a wedding planner, single, and childless. Prieto, father, politician, and married then divorced. The story shows how throughout every area of their life they try to do what they feel would please their mother. Leaving them at a young age, and watching them from afar - she eventually shows her truest colors.

These two eventually accept that their lives are their own and that public appearance isn’t as important as how they feel within. Also remembering that their country’s survival is important to who they are and what they believe in. All the while, learning how to love and support each other.
