The Iron King by Julie Kagawa

4.0

Wow, I really enjoyed the book! I loved the characters, Ash and Puck dynamic was very interesting and for a moment I thought maybe their hatred was because they had both loved the same woman, so it was a surprise to learn that it was a little bit different.
The world building was so interesting, the idea that when people forget about the fairies with cease to exist and that a new type of fey was coming to life, one that fed from people's new love for technologies.
I like that Meghan's loyalty is her downfall and that she embraces it, she's not afraid to die if it means everyone she loves gets to live.
I don't think I got it wrong, Puck loves Meghan right? Either way, I sincerely hope he heals fast!
I'm excited for the next book, the whole deal's stuff is very interesting, they can't go back on their promises and it will be interesting to see how Puck and Ash will deal with their oath to kill one another now that Meghan is in the way.
