pacing comes across much better in a collected edition / omnibus. I'd say this was about the length of a novel and the arc of the story was finally less haphazard like it was 6 issues at a time. The time skips still felt a little absurd -- how did they survive in the hideout for months without money? It's never explained!

But I like the characters, the art, the writing, and look forward to #2.
