A Gun for Dinosaur by L. Sprague de Camp

3.0

The rich use the time-traveling chamber to travel to the dinosaur-age for hunting to cover up the cost of the machine, so the scientists can keep using it for research. It's was a fun read, especially reading about different specifies of dinosaurs. But the author's unintentional sexism shines through (women not allowed in the time-traveling chamber). Including Indian characters and terms was a great try. I read that L. Sprague de Camp was highly vocal about ethnocentrism in science-fiction and liked writing ethnic characters. Although a little research might have helped since there is no language called "Hindustani".
