First of all I would just like to say, that Paige constantly and all her jokes about crimes made me laugh! Paige was overall my favorite side character.

As for the actual book, this was overall a great read, my only issue was that, while it was a slow burn, it was like the characters got together and then kept finding new reasons to go back to the talking stage. While I know they both had issues they had to overcome, it seemed a bit too slow for my liking. I also think that the book focuses a lot on Hadleigh’s friends and their thoughts on her relationship with Grant rather than on Hadleigh and Grant’s relationship itself.

If you’re looking for a book that shows the outside perspective of a relationship then this is a great choice!
