I'm Afraid of Men by Vivek Shraya

5.0

This is an important book that everyone should read! I didn't expect this to be so relateable, but it was. For being less than 100 pages this little book is packed with thought provoking content. It is a series of the raw thoughts, theories, and memories of Vivek Shraya all centered around gender stereotypes. It made me very aware of the habits I have developed out of fear. Made me look at things through a different perspective. You would think it would only take an hour or so to read, but I found myself stopping and reflecting about what I had just read on nearly every page.
