many thanks to the author and torch lit ink for this arc

this was a cute novella! it felt almost like a hallmark movie with the cozy bookstore and career driven fmc. a lot was packed into a short amount of pages, which i appreciated it but the ending felt so rushed. i wish one of the chapters had been switched to more resolution focused, as it was hard for me to connect with the ending. 

i loved the christmas town and all the festivities. i thought the friend group was super fun as well. if you’re looking for a quick read to bring you back into the holiday spirit i think you’ll like this one!
