Honestly this really impacted me, my family was always the type to not go to other countries for holidays but we visited our own homeland, my classmates and their families not being immigrants just went to other countries I'm guessing as tourists. I used to think how I wanted to see other places other than my own country as well, I was a little envious, but now I'm happy that before I go out in the world I can be more mindful about travel, I can try to be a traveller instead of a tourist, which I believe wouldn't benefit me all that mich anyways. Why travel such distances just to cram into the same type of hotel just with a different window view? I'm definitely going to have to follow up with other books or literature on this topic, I really recommend this book to all and everyone especially because it's so short there's really no excuses.
