I have been in a reading slump for the last couple of weeks and this book got me out of a reading slump. This YA book that I wish I have read when I was in high school. Monica was so relatable especially when she talked about the church and her relationship with Dom. I was happy that Monica and Sasha started a friendship throughout the book. Reggie and Monique relationship was so cute. I am happy that Monica parents finally listened to her and started rebuilding her relationship with her sister. This book is one of my favorite book this year. This book is my second read by this author and I will be reading more books by this author.
