The Wide Net and Other Stories by Eudora Welty
3.0
This series wasn't as great as the A Curtain of Green and Other Stories. I understand that Eudora Welty was from a time when this was a norm but it was hard for me to ignore the constant use of the N-word.
Her writing, though, still carried the same magical power. The way the beautiful prose wove through all the stories made me not want to give up.
