Alice has just moved into a new apartment with her grandmother. She meets Melanie, a girl her own age, who also has a lively and active imagination.

One day the girls stumble into the lot behind an antique store and find a world in which Egypt comes alive. They create elaborate stories in which they are priestesses, goddesses, and queens.

But other things are afoot in their neighborhood and as the game gets bigger, it gets more dangerous.
