somehow this collection of snippets was better than some of the entire books before it. the alternate middle to the gregor plotline at the very end would have completely changed/fixed everything that i hated about that book. it was also somehow the most perfect thing to read as an end to the series, even though it belongs in like, book 3 of 8. it kind of renewed my will to read the alternate pov books because maybe they can fix a lot of other things lol.
