Gripping and thrilling. One of the few books I would read multiple times.

Update: re-read this novel as I wanted to carry on with the series and forgot all that had happened in the first one. I can confidently say that I enjoyed this re-read as much as I enjoyed the book the first time round. The mystery was still gripping and the pace was as exciting as ever. Also, re-reading this novel at a later date has made me really appreciate all Larsson's writing style. Oh, and Salander still remains one of the best kick ass women in literature in my opinion.
