A short book of short essays on some Buddhist practices that I found very helpful, although not a page turner (although I think that would be counter to the concepts). The concept of being a warrior didn’t resonate with me but many of the teachings about recognizing and sitting with the full range of complex human experience and emotions felt really helpful.
