I loved the first Dork Diaries. The second one was okay. This one also is just okay. The illustrations are as vibrant as ever, but like the second installment, the story feels weak. It's hard to spend 300+ pages listening to the main character talk repeatedly about how embarrassing EVERYTHING is. I mean, I know that's typical of that age, but it gets really tedious after a while. The ending is so ridiculous I couldn't believe it ...
