As a beauty product junkie with a business degree, this book itches the best part of my brain. I worked in beauty retail for 5+ years, and prior to that grew up in the peak of Into the Gloss. I was shocked to hear how much of the author’s voice and opinions were laced into the book, but maybe that’s why I also blew through the audiobook in a day as it gave a podcast type of personality. What a great read, and long live the perfectly imperfect brand that is Glossier.
