Not usually a mystery type of reader and I mostly picked up this book because of the fantastical aspects. It wasn't what I was expecting but it was a good read nonetheless, closer to contemporary fiction/mystery than it was to a full on fantasy of course. The characters were flawed and interesting and the twist at the end made the story worthwhile to me. Would recommend!
