Bared to You by Sylvia Day

I found this book very much like 50 Shades of Grey, which I haven't read, but I got the vibe from the intensity of a lot of the scenes and the characters so I found it quite mature.
So Eva, just having moved to New York, starts work at Cross Industries. Where we meet Mr. Cross, Gideon Cross.
Dark, intense and powerful, Eva tries to deflect his persistence until she succumbs to his smoldering charm.
But Eva refuses to be a once-off screw and Gideon sees something else in her that changes something in himself and his ways. Throughout the book we see the two trying to make the relationship work which is something new to them in different ways with Gideon being wealthy, powerful and intense and Eva being a very jealous and no-bullshitter type.
A very sexually driven story, however, we come to shockingly find out that both have had experiences in the past that haunt them to this day and we realise that Eva and Gideon may need each other more than they initially thought.
This book was okay, a bit much for me, but still okay.
