For medical students this may be a good novel to remind you you’re not alone. As a friend of medical students, it’s a novel of all the woes my friends complain about. You learn the characters well so if you’re looking for an early 20s story of friendship, love and work, this is for you. Being 24 it felt like talking to an old friend I hadn’t heard from in months updating me on their life issues without asking about mine (if you know you know). Honestly, I didn’t feel compelled to keep reading until chapter 21 which is nearly the end of the book. Kudos to Dr. Obuobi on her first book!
