I don't know what if is about certain female authors that think coercion and massive age gaps (so long as one half of the couple is some immortal creature) are sexy. 

The concept is decent enough but it's difficult to move past the fact that the relationship begins when the FMC is 16. Author makes sure to remind us that in the supernatural world, 16 is an adult. Also, FMC like, has gone through a lot, okay? She's totally an adult.

Form is okay but pacing is bad. The audience has no time to form an opinion or an emotional connection to the characters, particularly the MMC, before the lust and romance begins, lol. 

And again -- their sexually charged relationship begins when FMC is SIXTEEN. I'm disappointed a woman would perpetuates such toxic ideas.
