The Bride Test by Helen Hoang
3.0
The second book in The Kiss Quotient series! I didn’t enjoy this as much as The Kiss Quotient but the romance was still very cute.
Khai and Esme were both multi-layered characters, but at times, I found myself losing interest in their relationship.
Khai’s development throughout this story was my favourite part of this book! He is so sweet <3
I do wish that Khai had found out about Esme’s daughter before the 98% mark (and it was actually the 98% mark, that’s not even an exaggeration!). I also wish that Esme had researched about autism after Khai told her that he was autistic. It was great that she didn’t make a big deal out of it, but it’s still an important part of Khai and I wish she had taken a more immediate interest in finding out more about it.
Overall, this was okay. It just fell short in some aspects and that’s why I’m giving it three stars.
