Management 12th Edition by Richard L. Daft

4.0

Another book I read for my IS major. MGMT courses are infamously seen as incredibly easy (and depending on your teacher it is), but easy courses don't always have the easiest to read books. This book was a good blend of modern and past business theories that are very relevant to management styles in the real world. I was surprised that there was mention of company strategies like Netflix, Amazon, etc. I'm glad this book was in touch with reality, and not one of those business books from the '80s that are slapped with a "new edition" sticker in order to hike up the price. Very useful and relevant.
