The Stalker by Sarah Alderson
2.0
Ugh, this was not it. It used one of my least favorite thriller plot elements that a lot of authors love to use for some reason, and I absolutely HATE it.
It's the type of trope where we've been inside a character's head for the entire...but then the plot twist is contingent on everything we've seen inside their head being a lie? I don’t like being lied to for the sake of a (mediocre) plot twist. It’s the same reason why I hated The Perfect Marriage by Jeneva Rose.
Story: 2/5
Audiobook: 5/5 (narrated by Stephanie Racine, James MacNaughton, & Kristin Atherton)
Length: 9h32min
