I could forgive this because the advice sometimes was very good and it told messages victims really need to hear. But she lost me when she started to talk about empaths en Myers-Briggs indicators, pseudo-scientific generalisations bordering zodiac signs. No nuance is not the right way to give tools. It might give some short term hope, but it rarely makes a long term impact with deeply wounded victims.
