Lucy Hutton is work rivals with Josh Templeman at a publishing house. News of a big promotion comes to light and her biggest competitor is none other than Josh. To make matters worse, who ever snags the job, becomes the other ones boss. As time ticks down to the final interview, Lucy and Josh discover that they may not hate each other as much as they claim.

I am so disappointed in myself for waiting so long to read this book because I absolutely ADORED it... I flew through it and had so much fun reading it! Objectively, the writing is probably not the best, but it had me laughing out loud multiple times. Enemies to lovers is one of my favourite tropes and I can't say I was disappointed with these two lovebirds. I'm also a big fan of sexual tension, which was THICK in this so I was here for it. I loved the banter between Josh and Lucy, they're both so sassy and hilarious, and I loved how they always had a comeback for one another. I loved them together, probably because they remind me of my boyfriend and I in the way they banter back and forth. These two characters were complete opposite from one another. Lucy is so bubbly, positive and optimistic while Josh is the office asshole, everyone is intimidated by. I love how Josh is a big softy underneath his tough guy exterior and I loved seeing his more sensitive moments with Lucy when he let his guard down. Lucy's parents were amazing as well, they were so loving and supportive of her. The one complaint I do have about the book was the possessiveness that certain characters showed... I really am not a fan of this sort of character, I find it so unattractive, so it made me a little sad.

Definitely a new favourite that I recommend anyone who wants to smile uncontrollably the entire time their reading! I also heard it was becoming a movie? If this is true I am BEYOND excited to watch it once its released!
