This book helped me understand depression without being overly judgmental about one issue; every aspect was given two sides of the coin. I appreciate that you put a citation in each finding. It's easier for me to find the whole article(s) of the findings I'm interested in, especially since I am currently in the middle of writing my thesis that has correlation with depression. 

And thank you for sharing your story. 

I don't know if I ever went through depression, but I can relate to some parts of your life. Hope more people have the chance to read this book. Not only to assist those who are dealing with depression, but to break the stigma of it. This book could do it all.
