Dragonfly in Amber by Diana Gabaldon
5.0
So around New Years I marathon watched the Outlander TV series. I definitely felt more invested in the TV series than I was in the book which I had read several years ago. So I decided to reread Outlander and, likely due to my recent binge watching, ended up enjoying it more the second time around. I wanted to know what happens next and started to read Dragonfly in Amber. .... Ugh.
Yes this book has lots and lots of problems. LOTS. Is it for everyone? NO. Did it keep me up at night NEEDING to finish it? YESSSSS. I feel like this book has left me without the power of the English language. Can you tell from all the capital letters I am using? While reading this I felt the need to to go around making indescribable noises of frustration that how DARE I have other things to do than read this book. And the ending? Uglsdlfksdlfslsdfksdfk....
