I’m glad I got past the beginning of the book because once it started to unfold I REALLY enjoyed it!

I was heavily invested in Nat’s choices and Her juggling of relationships with her family, Jem, Sam and her internship!

I enjoyed the split points of view, I think they were written very well!

I enjoyed Lili’s storyline and how her and her family relationships worked. Jem’s relationship with his dad also brought another dynamic to the story!

It had enough drama and pace to keep me hooked until the end (which I loved).

The religious theme throughout wasn’t for me personally, but I could read past it to suit.

4 stars out of 5 due to a slower beginning and the religious elements.
