So many technical terms, so little story line. It took me 6 months of on-again off-again reading to slug through the jargon. The book is marked as non-fiction on the back cover, but acknowledges its obvious fictious nature on the copyright page. Strange. It was obviously written with the assumption that Hillary Clinton would be the US president. I would be interested to hear the author's proposed plot changes considering the actual outcome of the election.
