What an actually impressive take on horror, trauma, and what goes bump in the night. I am so glad I picked this up before it leaves KU on the 31st of this month. Tackles a lot of dark themes (read your TWs), and then has this very sneaky romantic sub plot that doesn’t actually distract from the core of the story. Love the lgbtaq+ rep in it as well!
