While I enjoyed this book, each crime left me wanting to know more. The ongoing mystery about Ben’s past is still lingering. I thought that the truth would’ve been revealed by now. The missing couple storyline was very interesting. I couldn’t wait to see how that would play out. Lacey was such a tenacious woman. I loved her character. The missing mom story didn’t feel believable. There were too many holes left once they solved the mystery. There was no legitimate reason given for the deception. There was a resolution of sorts for the abusive soccer coach, but it created more questions. Like each installment so far, Zee and Jessie were both very likable. I’ve enjoyed following their journey.
