The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater

5.0

i feel So Much

Every character in this book is absolutely brimming with life. Blue is an incredible protagonist; a wonderfully charming and whimsical character who seems to jump from the pages much the same way the rest of the Raven Boys—and the entirety of the endlessly entertaining and eclectic cast Stiefvater gives us—do.

The development of relationships feels so natural and the plot progresses quickly, but without the feeling of being rushed. So much is packed in to this book that it’s only as I look back on it that I’m able to realize and be amazed by how effortlessly Stiefvater’s world takes shape. This book is fun, emotional, deep, and completely spellbinding. I cannot wait to read more of this series.
