Hedda Gabler by Henrik Ibsen
This is one of those books (plays) you have to think about for a while before you know what you think. It's been a month and I'm still not sure. I bet I'll be back with different thoughts in the future.
What I do know:
- I enjoyed reading it
- the ending shocked me but really shouldn't have (I was paying attention to the wrong things)
- I still don't really know how to read drama
- I'm not sure I need to. I just need to *see* the plays performed
- definitely worth reading, would recommend
I think I'll poke around and see if there is any good movie of Hedda. Or if anyone is performing it near me in the nearish future.
