Christmas Is All Around by Martha Waters

This was a sweet romance. Both main characters felt like real people; they weren't perfect and had their flaws to work on, but they were mostly mature, honest, and always supportive of one another. I really enjoyed slowly seeing them get to know each other and build a strong bond. Their chemistry was palpable, their banter was delightful, and the steamy scenes were good. Additionally, the side characters and their relationship with the protagonist added an interesting layer to the story.
