1st ever entire french book read! I liked this a lot more than i thought i would- i initially thought lou was a bit pretentious but I really felt with her as the book went on. this book has some really complex and moving discussion of young people and injustice which I really liked. however I thought lucas and lou should absolutely not have got together what the hell no not the 17 year old boy and the 13 year old girl. that was a slightly shite ending imo like so many bad things happened and then it was just not resolved and finished with them kissing. ick
again: it's so bleak at the end
