This was surprisingly a good time! I had no real idea what I was getting into but I enjoyed the mythology and the history I learned. I loved the different layers of wifey, from witch to mom to lover to friend to protector, she was a really likeable character which isn’t always the case with mythology stories because everyone is off their rocker. But Loki is just comical, I think what stood out for me, in general, is he is truly mischievous and childlike in his thought process. Just a ima do what I want and see how people respond and then just proceeds to do more lol there were some one-liners that I literally laughed out loud!! Glad my friend recommended this!

And I really enjoyed the pacing and writing style of this author. Sometimes with mythology it drags and there’s lots of movement and you just feel like you’re not progressing but I really enjoyed her writing, may pick up another.
