the second book is out and i needed to jog my memory lol

ben and arthur are, as always, adorable and perfect, the side characters are lovely and the platonic relationships are *chef's kiss* (dylan and ben are the best friends in the WORLD), and the ending murdered me :))))) the second one better not end up like this one or we riot

pretty cute romance and also: harry potter and musicals! i loved the involvement of deh and hamilton (tbh crying is a perfectly suitable reaction to not getting front-seat hamilton tickets - when my mom won the hamilton lottery and her and my dad went and didn't take me i cried for like an hour lol), though I've been a bit salty towards deh lately - did deh reallly deserve four tonys (including best musical and leading actor/featured actress AND best book) when great comet only got ones for lighting and scenic design, which should've been a GIVEN have they SEEN the great comet stage?? like i love rachael bay jones but grace mclean and britain ashford and gelsey bell and amber gray all also deserved the featured actress award even though i know they only gave josh the dust and ashes solo?? and then great comet probably wouldn't have closed and i could see it in all its glory! okay im sorry lol i've been hanging around the great comet fandom too much lately

anyway, i was a bit thrown off by the end? like i get it i guess but like?? rly?? (also sorry this review basically became a theatre rant lol)
