This was so terrific—an absolute delight.

Theo is like an over-eager puppy who is completely oblivious, which leads to a hilarious misunderstanding that starts a really great friendship and a sweet bi-awakening. The whole vibe is playful and touching.

Theo and Perry have such wonderful banter and they are my favourite type of college characters - young and vibrant, but not immature. And as much fun as they are, there is plenty of depth to both of them. Especially Perry who is working through difficult feelings around his father who raised his half-brother but not him, but now wants to be involved.

All in all, it’s a pretty fantastic start to the second season of Franklin U.
