I absolutely loved the tale of Alyssa and Kane. To be so overwhelmed by lust and passion to not see the deception right in front of you leaves her distraught at the end. That on top of her mother missing makes her feel crazy when her hormones are on the loose because she's close to her immortality and doesn't know her lover is a night stalker using his powers against her to get what he wants.
