Been a while since I have read a paranormal romance. I usually am a vampire girl but shifter romance have taken a step at the front and I don't hate them.

Anyway, new author for me, Jen L Grey's writing is pretty nice and this book is an easy and fast read. I thought the pacing was alright though not much happened until the last 1/4 of the book, I would say.

Hints were dropped from the beginning that Emma wasn't just your regular shifter girl and something would happen so she'd be some sort of hero or something. I didn't expect the ending and I wanna know what happens next for sure.

I didn't like how controling Jacob was in this. Aidan is full of surprises, I liked the witches and I just really like Beth.
