Kill Me by Stephen White
4.0
Wow! It starts out fast, then I was trying to figure out who was actually 'talking' as I had initially assumed it was Dr. Alan Gregory (but it wasn't). Then I was trying to keep up with the back and forth of the time frame of what is being talked about is happening... it was a bit confusing for a while.
Once I got past that I really coudln't put it down. And the ending... didn't quite expect that either.
I'm not giving anything way, as you can read this on the inside book cover. At what point would a decline in your quality of life cause you to want to end your life? What if you could choose when you want to die, but then couldn't change your mind? The premise made for a very great thriller.
For those of you that are avid followers of the Dr. Alan Gregory series... this includes him, but very, very little. I would consider it a stand alone book. Therefore, if you never ready any of the previous books in the series, you don't need to in order to enjoy this book.
