The story is nice and cozy while still being interesting and at times even a little suspenseful. Tress as well as most of the other characters of the main group are very endearing. The world building in this is fun, the challenges Tress has to face are too. The only flaw I personally saw was that Tress felt way younger than she was supposed to be (as did Charlie). It might be the narrator's voice and style who made me feel that way - at least in part.
All in all it's a great story, perfect for cozy evenings.
