Six Scorched Roses is a Novella in the Crowns of Nyaxia world, I really enjoyed book one and was advised to read this after that and I was not disappointed! I really love this world and everything in it.
This is a 200 page novella about Lilith and Vale, who appear in book 2, which I am so excited for. I am really looking forward to seeing more of them both and I hope we get to deliver deeper into their relationship and see more of them together and I really enjoyed it. I found the development in their relationship through curiosity of each other was incredibly endearing and really drew me into them.
I found I really enjoyed the story and would of read so much more of them so I am hoping they play a key role in the next book and I get to see even more of their relationship develop. I really enjoy this world and pretty sure I will read anything set in this world now as I am fully invested, I am also hoping for a little more spice, you can’t go wrong with vampire spice!
I am so intrigued to see where this whole story is going to go, how the Gods are playing into it all and the power they have and what this is going to mean moving forward.
Whilst I have been told this isn’t necessary to read for the rest of the story I found it was really enjoyable and added to my enjoyment for the world itself.
