Edin and Hunter are the epitome of grumpy x sunshine, and I love them. Edin’s such an adorably happy himbo of a monster, and I love how much he affects Hunter in all his surliness. They balance each other well, and Edin’s flirty attitude with Hunter’s quiet attraction just works so well for me.

Plot wise, I love how we’re getting to explore more in this world in this book. Lily lays so many little Easter eggs for future stories here, and it’s fun to catch them all, especially on this reread when a lot of these have already come into play in other books.
