Messy family drama. Yes.
Summer camp setting. Yes, please.
Those are two things I absolutely love in my thriller/mystery books. I eat them up! It was on the slower side but was written beautifully and was easier to follow as the story progressed. There were so many characters, which was a little hard to keep up with, and I honestly forgot most of them and had to go back and remind myself who they were.
This story is very mundane and follows many people. The main focus of this book is about Barbara going missing and finding out her older brother went missing years before. The jumping timelines to learn about each individual character was interesting to me, but the whole mystery kind of fell flat for me.
